Fifty is Nifty + Poetry Friday

Yesterday was my birthday...my 50th birthday. I am grateful to be able to celebrate another successful trip around the sun - albeit with a little more gray hair.

      Thanks, Tabatha! I tried to put grond on my driver's license, but the DMV lady I had to pick either gray or blond. She said I looked more blond, so that's what I put. She became my friend that day. ;o)

    Happy Birthday! I'm right on your tail....my 50th comes up next August. How did time fly so fast? I really don't feel a half century. I think poetry keeps us young! Enjoy every moment.
