...once a week poetry treat for the young and the young at heart...
"Breathing through a sponge" -- awful feeling!! It is finally cool today and I'm so excited! Hope you get some real fall weather soon.
Thanks, Tabatha! Our autumn should come eventually...like November? JK =)
These equations are so clever! Brava, Bridget!
Thanks, Jama! I've never been very gifted at math, but I try... =)
Yuck. These equations are still speaking to me, too, Bridget! For me the humidity is less like a sponge and more like a heavy wet towel. No fun either way you look at it!
I agree, Michelle, humidity is the pits - wet armpits! You have it much worse in Florida - yucky wet towel indeed. =)
Breathing through a sponge. Ugh! What a great image.
Thank you, Brenda! =)
Yuck...definitely an evocative poem, I can completely picture that smothering humidity! ;)
Thank you, Jane! Luckily, the humidity is only oppressive during monsoons, but the air is dry otherwise. =)
Nice thematic presentation!
Thank, Diane! You are the master of thematic presentation - I bow to you. =)
Love this idea and presentation, Bridget. Your work oozes creativity!
Thank you, Violet! This a high compliment coming from such a creative person as yourself. =)
