Terrific Tattered Teddy

My teddy is not new,
but he feels just right.
One eye is missing,
a button's sewed on tight.

Teddy's fur is thread bare,
his paw-toe is stitched up.
Nothing's better than
Teddy all loved up!

You are so very welcome, Mr. Cornelius. I'm so glad you visited my blog and saw that I, too, am a teddy lover. (my teddy's name is Cindy Bear :)

I so agree, Donna! I still have my childhood teddy and my youngest still sleeps with her well worn stuffed dog. = )

Thank you, Michelle! Sometimes the worst looking toy is a sign of the most loved. =)

I have a very loved bear from my childhood, and collected many for years. It was hard to part with them. Maybe I need to find myself a cousin of Mr. Cornelius!
