  8. We have to wait until the middle of April here...spring is about a month later in Maine! And I'm retired now anyway...but I remember loving vegetation days~

  12. This is one reason of many to appreciate grandparents. We're heading there as part of our spring break. Increasing the ratio of adults to children always helps. Thanks for the amusing and clever poem!

  14. Glad to hear you've had a great break!
    One of my favorite quotes from mothering when kids were little was, "The days are long but the years are short." My youngest just turned 18, and I can attest it's true. Happy Easter.
