Sometimes
poetry
is like
soda pop.
It
bubbles,
and
froths.
You drink it in
and
never
want to stop.
But sometimes
poetry
is
flat.
It is
boring
and
trite.
It
leaves
a taste
in your mouth
that makes you
want to
spit.
